Fourved Ayurveda

At Fourved Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, we only accept returns for products that are received in a damaged condition.

Return Eligibility

A return will be accepted only if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  1. The customer must record a complete unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  2. The damage must be clearly visible in the video.

  3. The customer must send the return request to Support@fourvedayurveda.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  4. The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged product, please email the following to Support@fourvedayurveda.com within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Order ID

  • Customer Name

  • Contact Number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Complete unboxing video showing the damage

Refund or Replacement

After reviewing the submitted evidence, Fourved Ayurveda will determine whether a replacement or refund is applicable. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is not damaged upon delivery.

  • No unboxing video is provided.

  • The return request is submitted more than 24 hours after delivery.

  • The product has been used, opened, or tampered with.

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect usage, storage, or handling causes damage after delivery.
