1. Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, our warehouse team quickly gets to work. Most orders are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email and SMS confirmation as soon as your package leaves our facility.
2. Shipping Timelines Across India
We offer dependable Ayurvedic products delivery to almost all pin codes across India. While we strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible, please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
As a general guideline:

3. Delivery Partners & Tracking Information
To ensure your products remain fresh and undamaged, we partner with India's leading and most trusted logistics providers (such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, and DTDC).
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will share a unique tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your package at any stage of its journey.
4. Shipping Charges
We like to keep things simple and customer-friendly:

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹499.

Nominal Shipping Fee: A standard delivery charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹499 to help us cover safe packaging and handling costs.
5. Delays Beyond Our Control
Occasionally, unexpected delays can happen due to severe weather conditions, national holidays, local festivals, or logistical disruptions in specific regions. In such rare scenarios, we request your patience. Our customer support team will actively monitor your shipment and keep you updated until it safely reaches you.
6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse.

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including a landmark and a valid mobile number, at the time of checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or your unavailability, our team will reach out to you to arrange a re-delivery.
7. Handling Damaged Packages
Your peace of mind matters deeply to us. We use premium, secure packaging to protect our glass bottles and oils during transit. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or leaking, please do not accept the delivery from the courier agent.
Take a quick photo or video of the package and share it with our support team within 48 hours of the delivery attempt so we can dispatch a fresh replacement immediately.
